1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 889bet ("889bet", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 889bet.cam and its related subdomains.

889bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 889bet may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 889bet services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process at 889bet.cam. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 889bet may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonus offers are available only to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 889bet platform — including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, Andar Bahar, Bird Catcher, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the respective game interface or section of the platform.

6.1 Casino Games

Casino game outcomes on the 889bet platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for virtual games and by live dealer results for live casino games. All casino games are tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.

6.2 Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 889bet platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all bonuses forfeited, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct cancelled:

• Registering more than one account on the 889bet platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or other software tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 889bet platform — including but not limited to the 889bet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 889bet or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 889bet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 889bet content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on 889bet content.

9 Limitation of Liability

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
